KidsCur mobile application is a one-stop spot to store, handle and retrieve all the medical documents your kids need to have for easy, secure and hassle-free health appointments every time. Even after the global boom of technology, medical certificates and vaccination records have been filed away in cupboards and are often lost as the years pass. Tracking medical history is an important part of maintaining proper health and having your records in order and ready to go, when your health-care provider requests for it, alleviates a lot of frustration and hassle associated with getting treated. Instead of stacking away such precious documents in perishable form, the founders of KidsCur aim to keep up with the times and digitize the process of protecting and filing away your kids' medical records.

KidsCur respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

• The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access or use KidsCur's informed mobile application;
• Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

This policy only applies to information we collect in this App and e-mail, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with this App.
This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

• We collect offline or on any other apps or websites you may access through this App;
• You provide to or is collected by any third party.

Third party websites and applications may have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this App. By downloading, registering with, or using this App, you agree to this privacy policy. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18

KidsCur is not intended for persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18 without verification of parental consent. If we learn we have collected or received information from a person under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a person under 18, please contact us at hello@altilium.co.in.

INFORMATION AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

KidsCur is solely aimed at consolidating the entire process of kids' healthcare. From scanning and storing records to booking appointments and even looking up the best doctors in your area, KidsCur offers an all-in-one solution for new parents. As soon as you create an account, you will be asked to record:

• Baby's name and birthday
• Baby's Birth certificate
• Baby's picture
• Baby's birthmark pictures and details
• Parent details
• Paediatrician's details

You can see all the vaccination details your baby is supposed to receive according to their age, as per the rules of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics. In addition, you can also learn more about these vaccines with just a click, from verified sources.

We collect information from and about users of our application:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us.
• Automatically when you use the application.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1. Information You Give to Us: Information that is necessary for the use of KidsCur. We ask for and collect your personal information about you and your child when you use KidsCur. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of KidsCur, and to allow KidsCur to comply with their legal obligations. Without it, KidsCur may not be able to provide you with all the requested services.
2. Account Information: When you sign up on KidsCur, we require certain information such as your first name, last name, e-mail address, features of KidsCur, and additionally, we may ask you to provide additional information such as your address as well.
3. Payment Information: To use certain features of KidsCur, we may require you to provide certain financial information (such as your bank account or credit card information) in order to facilitate the processing of payments via the payment gateway.
4. Communications with KidsCur. When you communicate with KidsCur or use the application to communicate with us, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.
5. Information provided to the payment gateway. The payment gateway may require the information with you and to comply with applicable law (such as anti-money laundering regulations). Without it, you will not be able to use the payment gateway. Such information that is collected will be controlled by and shall be liable to be protected by the payment gateway provider under its own terms of service and privacy policy.
6. Information We Automatically Collect from Your Use of KidsCur. When you use the application, we automatically collect information, including personal information, about the services you use and how you use them. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us, to enable us to comply with legal obligations and given our legitimate interest in being able to provide and improve the functionalities of the application.
7. Usage Information. We collect information about your interactions with the application such as the content you view, your searches for a service/Doctor/Pharmacy that is provided by KidsCur, and other actions on the application.
8. Log Data and Device Information. We automatically collect log data and device information when you access and use the application, even if you have not created an account with KidsCur or logged in. That information includes, amongst other things:
   1. Details about how you've used the application (including if you click on links to third party websites/ applications);
   2. IP Address;
   3. Access dates and times;
   4. Hardware and software information;
   5. Device information;
   6. Crash Data;
   7. Cookie data;
   8. Pages you've viewed or engaged with before or after using the application.
9. Cookies and similar Technologies. We use cookies and other similar technologies. We may also allow our business partners to use these tracking technologies on the application or engage others to track your behaviour on our behalf.
10. Information We Collect from Third Parties. KidsCur may collect information, including personal information, which others provide about you when they use the App or reach the App through a third-party, or obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the App. We do not control, supervise or are responsible for how the third parties providing your information process your personal data, and any information request regarding the disclosure of your personal information to us should be directed to such third parties.
11. Other Sources. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may receive additional information about you, such as demographic data or fraud detection information, from third party service providers and/or partners, and combine it with information we have about you. We may receive information about you and your activities on and off the Application through partnerships, or about your experiences and interactions from our partner ad networks.

If you do not want us to collect the above information, do not download the App or delete it from your device.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites, apps, or other online services.

2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

KidsCur collects information to provide you with lots of useful features that help you keep track of medical records, vaccination appointments and your baby's growth. The key features are as follows:

1. Track your baby's appointments: Get all your vaccination details in an organized calendar with timely reminders so you can prepare for the appointments. Not sure about a particular vaccination? Check out it's official details from credible sources with just a click. You can also add photos of your baby after every appointment as a keepsake to look back on.
2. Digitize your baby's medical records: No more fussing with paper documents. Maintaining your baby's medical history has never been easier. Just scan them onto the app and you'll have a one stop location for any document a paediatrician needs.
3. Find Doctors and Pharmacies near you: KidsCur has been curated in collaboration with the best paediatricians in the country, and you can now find the top-rated doctors and pharmacies near you with just a click.
4. Track your child's progress: With KidsCur you get a personalized graph to track your baby's growth and progress. Just enter the details after every check up and get consolidated data in graphical form that will make monitoring changes much easier.
5. Add more kids: You can just add new profiles as your family grows. Maintain the medical records and avail these features for all your kids with just one app. Plus, you can add the details of co-parents so the information is available to them as well, hassle free; all they have to do is download and sign in.

We use, store, and process information, including personal information, about you and your children to provide, understand, improve, and develop KidsCur, create and maintain a trusted and safer environment and comply with our legal obligations and enable you to access and use the Application. We may use the information to operate, protect, improve, and optimize KidsCur and experience, such as by performing analytics and conducting research. Apart from this, we may use the information to:

1. Provide customer service and send you service or support messages, updates, security alerts, and account notifications.
2. Create and Maintain a Trusted and Safer Environment.
3. Detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
4. Conduct security investigations and risk assessments.
5. Verify or authenticate information or identifications provided by you. Conduct checks against databases and other information sources, including background or police checks, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and with your consent where required.
6. Comply with our legal obligations.
7. Enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.
8. We process this information given our legitimate interest in protecting the Application, to measure the adequate performance of our contract with you, and to comply with applicable laws.
9. We may use the information shared by you to send you promotional messages, marketing, advertising, and other information that may be of interest to you based on your preferences (including information about KidsCur or partner campaigns and services and social media advertising through social media platforms such as Facebook or Google).
10. We will process your personal information for the purposes listed in this section given our legitimate interest in undertaking marketing activities to offer you products or services that may be of your interest. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our marketing communications.

3. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Analysing your Communications. We may review, scan, or analyse your communications on the Application for fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, investigation, product development, research, and customer support purposes. In some cases, we may also scan, review, or analyse messages to debug, improve, and expand product offerings. We will not review, scan, or analyse your communications to send third party marketing messages to you, and we will not sell reviews or analyses of these communications.
2. Google Maps/Earth. Parts of the Application may use Google Maps/Earth services, including the Google Maps API(s). Use of Google Maps/Earth is subject to Google Maps/Earth Additional Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. THIRD PARTY PARTNERS & INTEGRATIONS

The Application may contain links to third party websites or services, such as third-party integrations, co-branded services, or third party-branded services (“Third Party Partners”). KidsCur doesn't own or control these Third-Party Partners and when you interact with them, you may be providing information directly to the Third-Party Partner, KidsCur, or both. These Third-Party Partners will have their own policies for use, protection and disclosure of personal information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the other websites you visit.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

1. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up-to-date. You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning you.
2. In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to request copies of your personal information held by us. We generally retain your personal information forever in order to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information to provide the Application to you, you can request that we erase your personal information. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information:
   
   1. We may retain some of your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests;
   2. We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations;
   3. Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews, forum postings) may continue to be publicly visible.
3. Withdrawing Consent and Restriction of Processing. Where you have provided your consent to the processing of your personal information by KidsCur, you may withdraw your consent by sending an e-mail to hello@altilium.co.in. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities based on such consent before its withdrawal.
4. We do not sell your personal information for processing by direct marketing agencies. We may however use your personal information for certain specific purposes (including profiling) where such processing is based on legitimate interest. If you object to such processing, KidsCur will no longer process your personal information for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for such processing or such processing is required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will publish the revised Privacy Policy on our Application and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. When major changes occur in the way that we collect and disclose your personal information, we will notify you of those changes.
